Picnic for the Planet!
FREE Community Picnic – Red Morton Park, 11 am – 2 pm, Friday, April 22, 2011 (1400 Roosevelt behind the Community Activities Building)
Celebrate the planet we live on this Earth Day with great people & good food. Share your ideas and learn from local vendors & nonprofits. Open to the entire Peninsula. Local organic cafes may be participating as well. Let’s meet, let’s share, let’s eat!
Pack your own lunch bag with your favorite planet-friendly picnic (reminder: alcoholic beverages not allowed in city parks). First 75 picnickers will receive a free shot of Jamba Juice!
