Storytime in the Park Wednesdays – Visit Parks, Hear Stories Read by Master Storyteller Jim Howland, Great for Kids

Finally, we have consistent good weather in keeping with Redwood City’s “Climate Best…”
motto! And that means family days at Redwood City’s parks, and so I want to be
sure you know all about our Storytime in the Park program that’s now underway.
More than 100 kids and parents attended the first event last weekend – it’s a

Wednesdays at 10 am at various parks, you and your kids will thrill to fun stories read
master storyteller Jim Howland. You’ll discover new parks you may not have
visited before, enjoy great stories, and meet new friends. No registration, no
reservations, just show up and have a delightful time at Storytime in the Park,
sponsored by the Redwood City Public Library. Here’s the schedule:

June 29, Stusaft Park

July 13, Maddux Park

These kinds of Redwood City Library programs help build community, bring families together,
help kids learn to read and love books, and promote literacy. Visit the Library’s
