Then the fire department and its sesquicentennial were featured during the City’s annual 4th of July parade, and now the celebration continues with the upcoming October 6th dedication of a bronze commemorative plaque at the main fire station (10 am, Thursday, October 6, 755 Marshall Street), culminating with the fabulous Four Alarm Celebration at the Fox Theatre on November 4.
